Absent are clear briefings, technology highlights, or even genuine car images, which sound ridiculous for a pitch, but advantageous for us. Intriguingly, the client has indicated that we can incorporate visual materials from any brand.

Direction 1: An Automotive Website with an Epic Movie Aesthetic

How can we, as newcomers, generate significant awareness in a limited timeframe? Contrary to first impressions, it was the chairman’s penchant for grandiose phrasing that inspired this direction.

Direction 2: Defining Future Luxury

Unlike traditional luxury car brands that produce combustion vehicles, Evergrande focuses on pure electric vehicles. While there are other emerging electric car manufacturers, Evergrande claims to have an advantage in scale and exudes a more luxurious aura.


The entire pitch presentation felt like an absolute farce.

The only question posed by the client was, “Have you ever conducted live streaming sales?”—a topic glaringly absent from our pitch.

Our response was a confident “Yes!” He retorted with, “Prove it! I need to see it right now!” We were taken aback and could only manage a flustered, “Really? How? Hahaha.”

 

The Outcome: We didn’t secure the deal.
